By calling the Echo Sentiment API (“Echo Sentiment”, “the service”) you agree to these terms.
Echo Sentiment returns market data for XLM (Stellar), Base, and related markets. Data is derived from public sources (SDEX, Kraken, alternative.me, on-chain RPC) and is provided for information only.
Access is pay-per-call via x402 in USDC on Base or Solana. A successful call is billed once. Prices are listed at /pricing and in machine-readable form at /.well-known/x402.
If the server returns HTTP 5xx after a verified payment, the call is refunded as bundle credits. Payments are otherwise final; delivered data is not refundable.
Do not attempt to bypass the payment requirement, overload the service, or resell it as a fully-redistributed dataset. Rate limits apply and are enforced.
The service is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. It is not financial advice. Market data may be delayed or inaccurate; verify independently before trading.
These terms and the pricing may change. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
